ACCA Mentor (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

PeerME is seeking experienced ACCA professionals to join its remote‑first community as part‑time mentors. You will guide ACCA students across the Middle East through exam preparation, study planning and early‑career decisions via virtual sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group virtual mentoring sessions.
• Answer questions on ACCA papers, study strategies and exam techniques.
• Provide feedback on learners’ study plans and recommend resources.
• Facilitate online discussions, webinars and community forums.
• Collaborate with the PeerME team to improve content and identify common student challenges.

Required profile

• Proven success in completing ACCA papers or holding ACCA membership.
• Ability to explain complex accounting and finance concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, teaching or coaching.
• Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by ACCA candidates in the Middle East.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability for regular part‑time hours.
• Commitment to professional ethics and inclusive practices.
