Assistant Branch Manager – Izki Branch

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, customer service, and business development at the Izki branch. Acting as the deputy, this role ensures smooth and efficient branch performance, compliance with policies, and continuity of leadership when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing all branch activities, including cash handling, transaction processing, and service delivery.
• Supervise and coach staff such as Tellers, Personal Bankers, and Customer Service Representatives to maintain high performance standards.
• Resolve complex customer service issues and act as a point of contact for high‑value clients.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting Ahli Bank products, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and tracking performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC, and monitor internal risk controls.
• Lead the branch in the manager’s absence, overseeing staff, operational challenges, and branch performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalisation to enhance efficiency.
