Associate - Corporate Planning & Strategy

About the role

The Associate – Corporate Planning & Strategy will support the development and execution of OIA’s overall strategy, annual business plans and reporting. This role ensures that investment decisions, portfolio analysis and financial forecasts align with the Authority’s growth and stability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend investment strategies for OIA’s funds, including portfolio repositioning and rebalancing.
• Analyse portfolio performance against strategic goals such as growth, diversification and financial sustainability.
• Aggregate business plans of all holdings to create OIA’s consolidated business plan and advise management on strategic alignment.
• Design models for accurate preparation and timely analysis of corporate planning reports.
• Forecast cash flows for portfolio companies and evaluate financial positions to optimise portfolio value.
• Collect data for business‑plan monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Maintain planning frameworks, tools and documentation across the OIA group.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in systems, processes and best practices.
• Provide information to internal and external auditors while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CMA are preferred.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, investment strategy or financial analysis.
