Audit Supervisor (FY27) – Oman

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead the execution of our FY27 audit plan for medium and large clients in Oman. You will work closely with partners and managers to deliver high‑quality audit services, reduce client risk and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise audit engagements, allocating tasks to audit assistants.
• Perform fieldwork, supervise assistants and coach junior team members.
• Prepare financial statements, transmittal letters and other deliverables.
• Keep managers and partners updated on progress and issues throughout the audit.
• Obtain partner and manager reviews, complete documentation and follow up on outstanding information.
• Analyse audit costs, prepare WIP analysis and fee note requisitions, and follow up collections.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients’ finance teams and attend stock counts.

Required profile

• BSc in Accounting or equivalent qualification (ACCA, CPA).
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, including at least 2 years post‑qualification.
• Experience with clients in real estate, construction, oil & gas or related sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards.
