Auto Electrician

About the role

An automobile industry employer in Oman is hiring an Auto Electrician. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, car electrician work, troubleshooting and repair. Candidates with GCC work experience and Arabic language proficiency are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical and safety-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and repair of cars.
• Diagnose vehicle faults using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Inspect engine, transmission, braking, suspension, steering, electrical and other systems.
• Identify technical problems and recommend suitable repair solutions.
• Ensure vehicles meet automotive safety and quality standards.
• Maintain inspection reports, service records and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians and other departments to complete servicing on time.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile inspection, maintenance, servicing or repair.
• Arabic speaking, reading and writing is mandatory or preferred, depending on the client's requirement.
• Valid educational certificates and supporting documents.
• Ability to work independently and within a technical team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of auto electrician work, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
