About the role
The Book Keeper / Payments Specialist will be responsible for handling the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that all records are accurate and up‑to‑date. Working closely with the finance team, you will support timely payment processing, account reconciliation and the preparation of financial summaries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
