Branch Team Leader

About the role

The Branch Team Leader will manage daily operations of a Dhofar Insurance branch in Muscat. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee branch workflows, handling customer inquiries and claims efficiently.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to meet sales, service and operational targets.
• Coordinate with other departments, implement company policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular branch reports, and support local business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and customer‑centric service.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of financial and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is advantageous.
