Brand & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Executive to lead the digital presence of Ibn Sina Pharmacy. The role acts as the main liaison between internal teams and an external marketing agency, ensuring all campaigns and communications align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between the pharmacy and the external marketing agency.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and other channels.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the agency.
• Review, edit and approve social media content, marketing materials and digital campaigns before publishing.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone of voice and visual identity.
• Manage the pharmacy’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, comments and direct messages in English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with Retail, IT, Operations, Procurement and Management on promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives and product launches.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and promotional activities.
• Support website content, e‑commerce and online marketplace initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on digital performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
