Business Development Manager

About the role

Allgorithm.ai is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join its Muscat office. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site client engagement with remote collaboration, focusing on expanding the company’s AI‑driven solutions across Oman and the wider GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within Oman and the GCC region.
• Develop tailored proposals and negotiate agreements with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal product, consulting, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and recommend growth strategies.
• Represent Allgorithm.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management.
• Strong background in market analysis, opportunity identification, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with on‑site client meetings.
• Familiarity with the GCC market and a solid understanding of the local business landscape.
