Business Development Manager – Oman Assistance Division

About the role

The Business Development Manager will support the Operations Manager in driving growth for the Assistance Division in Oman. The role combines administrative duties, market research, and relationship management to expand the Braxtone Club Program and the service provider network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide office administration including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and supply ordering.
• Manage the Braxtone Club Program, collect funds from garages, and enroll service providers.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and identify new product suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, rental car agencies, and other clients.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients and negotiate service provider discounts.
• Handle customer complaints, public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and government offices.
• Support digital media advertising, event planning, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
• Secure new accounts for the RSA program and ensure contractual commitments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the Omani business environment and regulations.
