Civil & Architectural Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil / Architectural Engineer to supervise ongoing development projects on‑site. The role involves daily involvement in construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, directly monitoring workers, subcontractors, and site progress.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Track productivity and construction progress against schedules, coordinating between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and management.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, identify site issues early, and support their resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in construction site supervision and quality control.
• Proven ability to supervise workers and subcontractors and to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a willingness to work on‑site daily.
