Commercial Legal Consultant – Muscat, Oman

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Legal Consultant to provide high‑level advisory services to our clients in Muscat. The role involves delivering practical legal solutions that support business growth, manage commercial risk, and protect client interests across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Offer commercial, corporate and investment legal advice, analysing risks and recommending business‑oriented solutions.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, partnership and investment agreements, franchise licences, service and supply contracts, and MOUs.
• Advise on corporate structures, support investment projects, and participate in negotiations with investors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, develop governance policies and support risk‑management initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships, represent the firm in meetings and contribute to client development and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commercial legal practice, including at least 6 years with reputable law firms or consultancy firms.
• LL.B. or equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate and commercial law, investment transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and government tendering processes.
• High ethical standards, strict confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
