Computer Sales Representative

About the role

Alsafy Co. is looking for a full‑time Computer Sales Representative to join its retail team in Salalah, Oman. You will guide gaming enthusiasts and other customers through the selection of PCs, hardware, peripherals and related electronics, ensuring each purchase fits their needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in‑store.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process sales transactions and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
• Answer technical questions, provide basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products, technologies, promotions and industry trends to drive sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with proven customer‑engagement, needs‑assessment and closing techniques.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to recommend suitable components and configurations.
• Basic technical support skills for troubleshooting and setting up equipment.
• Experience in retail or electronics sales and a passion for gaming hardware is a plus.
