Delivery Manager (Airport)

About the role

The On‑Site Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end coordination and execution of the Self‑Service Check‑in Kiosk (SSK) and Self Baggage Drop (SBD) projects at Muscat International Airport, with support for the Salalah rollout. The role ensures timely delivery, integration, testing and go‑live according to the project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact on‑site between Oman Air, vendors, airport authorities and third parties.
• Coordinate daily activities across kiosks, SBD, BHS, network, power and civil works.
• Validate site readiness (power, data, space, civil works) before equipment arrival.
• Manage vendors (e.g., Elenium) and liaise with airport operators, BHS providers, IT/network teams and security.
• Oversee integration of SSK applications with Sabre DCS, ensuring check‑in flows, baggage tagging and ancillary services are functional.
• Lead testing phases including FAT, SAT and combined UAT, and confirm operational acceptance.
• Drive go‑live activities at MCT (target 7 Dec 2026) and SLL (target 14 Dec 2026) and provide hyper‑care support.
• Maintain daily/weekly status reports, risk logs and site trackers, escalating issues to the steering team.
