Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will own the commercial and operational performance of a remittance app in Oman, driving growth while ensuring the product remains competitive, compliant and customer‑centric.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue and customer growth targets.
• Maintain competitive exchange rates and fees, liaising with treasury and liquidity providers.
• Monitor competitors, adjust pricing and launch roadshows to boost brand visibility.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners and products, leading commercial negotiations.
• Draft and finalize partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal/Compliance.
• Optimize the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel and conduct UAT for new releases.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of digital operations, fintech or payments experience; overall 10+ years preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment with on‑call availability.
