About the role
Calo is seeking a Dispatch Admin to support its dispatch team in Oman. The role focuses on preparing documents, generating reports, and ensuring clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to set daily objectives.
- Produce reports aligned with business needs.
- Perform clerical duties such as printing invoices and preparing documents.
- Self‑audit work regularly to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Document findings and communicate them to relevant team members.
- Assist team leaders and managers with their communication requirements.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong record‑keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple paperwork demands.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, professional attitude and teamwork orientation.
- Currently based in Oman.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
