Electronics Engineering Lecturer

About the role

Chase Resourcing is seeking experienced Electronics Engineering Lecturers to join a higher‑education institution in Muscat. The role involves delivering specialised courses, supporting curriculum development and ensuring quality standards in engineering programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess undergraduate and postgraduate electronics engineering modules.
• Develop and continuously improve curricula in line with industry standards.
• Lead quality‑control activities, including programme evaluation and accreditation support.
• Mentor students and junior faculty, fostering a research‑oriented learning environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education teaching or 10 years of professional experience in electronics engineering, with a strong emphasis on curriculum development and evaluation.
• Preferable membership of a recognised professional body such as CEng or IEng.

Required skills

• Expertise in electronics engineering concepts and applications.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and academic quality assurance.
• Experience with programme evaluation and accreditation processes.
