About the role
The Executive Coordinator will work on‑site in Muscat, supporting the university’s senior leadership team. This full‑time position ensures smooth administrative operations, effective communication, and reliable handling of confidential information across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate information flow.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Experience in administrative or executive coordination roles is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with higher‑education or multinational organizations is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
