About the role

Pavishna Global Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction firm in Muscat. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, tendering, and billing throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

Perform quantity take‑offs from engineering drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Estimate project costs, conduct rate analysis, and manage tendering processes.
Carry out site measurements, material reconciliation, and cost control activities.
Prepare variation orders, handle billing, and ensure final account settlement.

Required profile

B.E. in Civil Engineering.
6–8 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in the GCC.
Proven experience in quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
Familiarity with tendering, rate analysis, and client billing procedures.
