Facilities & Operations Manager – Muscat

About the role
We are seeking a Facilities & Operations Manager for our Muscat site. The role combines responsibility for facility upkeep, warehouse and logistics support, production operations, and client‑facing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with energy suppliers (electricity, gas, water) and resolve service issues.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety standards, occupational health compliance and organise fire‑safety checks and staff training.
- Oversee warehouse organization, storage planning, loading/unloading and coordinate external logistics providers.
- Support production planning, monitor execution of production schedules and address operational issues.
- Arrange customer visits, demonstrations, meetings and corporate events, handling on‑site logistics, catering and coordination with contractors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, petroleum or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or facility management.
