Field Service & Tooling Finance Commercial

About the role

The Field Service and Tooling Commercial role is responsible for managing the financial operations of Siemens Energy's Field Service and Tooling activities. You will ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance while supporting technical teams and overseeing asset and tool management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for Field Service and Tooling, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting and compliance with financial reporting guidelines.
• Oversee asset and tool management, including creation, retirement, rental charging, advance payments, adjustments and annual inventory verification.
• Handle cost‑center activities such as cost allocations, rate calculations and maintaining financial data in SAP/KSP and MySPGI.
• Ensure accurate time bookings, cost reconciliations and invoicing for Field Service and Tooling.
• Support procurement processes, audits, compliance and achievement of financial KPIs.
• Coordinate with RSU ME OPS Finance Management and technical teams to ensure smooth business execution.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in accounts or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Experience in small project management, cost‑center management, asset management and related business processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP modules (including SAP ECC) and MySPGI.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.
