Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Fitness Instructor will lead group fitness classes for guests of St. Regis Al Mouj, creating a fun and safe environment for all ability levels. You will also provide personalized exercise advice, ensure equipment is well‑maintained, and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct a variety of group classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Assess guests’ fitness levels and develop individualized exercise programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming recreational area, reporting any hazards or equipment issues.
• Provide first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards, and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related fitness instruction experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work with guests of diverse abilities and provide excellent customer service.
