Florist – Creative Floral Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Muscat. The successful candidate will design beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events and daily orders while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Design floral arrangements for weddings, events and daily orders
• Assist customers with flower selection and recommendations
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
• Handle order processing, wrapping and delivery coordination
• Manage social media orders via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Maintain inventory and keep the workspace organized

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Fluent English communication
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities
• Experience with high‑end/custom floral designs is a plus
