About the role
This position supervises and coordinates daily finishing works on a construction site. The foreman manages site workers and subcontractors so that work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum works, flooring and joinery.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules are maintained.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to resolve site issues.
- Inspect completed works and ensure proper workmanship.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman on construction projects.
- Experience in villa or residential projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination and manpower management skills.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
