Graphic Designer

About the role

GUtech is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual materials for both print and digital platforms, supporting university events, campaigns, and communication needs. The role involves translating branding guidelines into compelling designs that enhance the institution’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, infographics, presentations and other promotional materials.
• Create visual content for university events, exhibitions, conferences and academic activities.
• Develop social media graphics, advertisements and communication assets aligned with GUtech standards.
• Maintain and apply visual identity standards and brand guidelines across all materials.
• Collaborate with academic, administrative and external stakeholders to understand design requirements.
• Prepare graphics and layouts for websites, digital screens and online platforms, ensuring optimization for both print and digital use.
• Manage multiple design projects, coordinate with printing vendors, review proofs and maintain organized archives.
• Monitor design trends and contribute innovative ideas to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Familiarity with GUtech branding and visual identity standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various university departments and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
