Guest Relations & Recreation Host (Polish & English Speaking)

About the Position

Join the prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel Sohar and become a key ambassador for our 'Yes I Can!' service philosophy. As a Recreation Receptionist / Host, you will play a vital role in crafting memorable guest experiences by blending professional hospitality with a creative and energetic touch.

Main Missions

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
• Guide and assist guests with self-check-in and self-check-out kiosks to ensure a seamless journey.
• Act as a local expert by presenting hotel services, facilities, upcoming events, and city attractions.
• Proactively resolve guest inquiries and minor issues with speed and efficiency.
• Direct guests to appropriate internal departments to ensure their needs are met.
• Support the reception team with various operational and administrative tasks.

Profile Required

• Dynamic and creative personality with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent in both Polish and English (essential for our international clientele).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital check-in systems and hotel software.
• A passion for lifestyle elements such as music, art, and fashion to engage with guests on a deeper level.
