Head of ELV Maintenance

About the role

The Head of ELV Maintenance will lead the operational delivery of electronic security and low‑voltage systems for a global security solutions provider in Oman. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as the operational and commercial anchor for key client accounts, ensuring high‑quality service and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end service delivery, including manpower planning, resource allocation, material logistics, commissioning and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) schedules.
• Serve as primary client contact, handling operational, technical, commercial and legal queries while pursuing “Get & Grow” sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, operations, project managers and technical teams to align project delivery with customer requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and project viewings, working with solution architects to design tailored ELV solutions.
• Track maintenance deliverables, daily handovers, material procurement and technician rostering.
• Lead contract renewal processes, identify growth opportunities at industry events and maintain opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical codes and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related). A Master’s or postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Operations or Sales Management is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive operational experience, including customer account management on ELV projects, electronics implementation and fire systems.
• Proven experience with agile project delivery, health & safety, and change management.
• Preferred certifications: CFPS, PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Six Sigma or other lean methodologies.
