Head of Events & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

About the role

The bank is looking for a senior leader to shape and deliver its Events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda. This role will drive initiatives that boost brand reputation, deepen stakeholder relationships, and align with Oman Vision 2040.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated Events & CSR strategy that supports business objectives.
• Oversee planning, governance, and execution of corporate, internal, and external events.
• Lead CSR programmes that generate measurable social, environmental, and reputational impact.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the annual Events & CSR budget, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and risk‑management standards.
• Mentor, coach, and build a high‑performing Events & CSR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Events, CSR, Corporate Communications or a similar discipline.
• Must be based in Oman; preference for Omani nationals.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business and brand outcomes.
