About the role
The Himam Program is a full‑time graduate leadership development initiative at Ahli Bank, aimed at recent Omani graduates who wish to start a career in banking and quickly progress to leadership positions.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple bank departments to gain practical exposure.
- Participate in structured training sessions covering core banking operations.
- Work on real‑world projects that support daily business activities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to innovative solutions.
- Engage in mentorship meetings with senior industry leaders.
Required profile
- Omani national.
- Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or a Master’s degree with a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
