Hotel Operations Manager

About the role

Musstir LLC is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the performance and strategic direction of a growing portfolio of hospitality assets in Oman. You will act on behalf of ownership, collaborating with hotel operators, brands, and internal teams to maximise financial results and asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational and financial performance across multiple hotel assets.
• Review budgets, forecasts, business plans, and capital expenditure proposals submitted by operators.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, cash flow and key metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct property visits, operational reviews and performance assessments to ensure alignment with ownership objectives and brand standards.
• Support owner‑operator review meetings and contribute to revenue optimisation, cost management and business planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, benchmarking analyses and performance presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance and demand drivers to inform commercial decisions.
• Assist with hotel acquisitions, operator selections, transitions and due‑diligence activities.
• Build strong relationships with hotel operators, brand representatives, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality operations, revenue management, hotel asset management or consulting.
• Experience working with luxury and upscale hotel brands.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
