Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing facility in Salalah, Oman. The role involves partnering with business leaders and operational teams to drive HR initiatives, ensure workforce effectiveness, and maintain compliance with Omani labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new joiners and facilitate the performance management system.
• Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of training programs.
• Handle HR operations such as leave processing, disciplinary issues, GOSI, and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Monitor and report employee working hours and timesheets, flagging discrepancies.
• Review and verify monthly payroll and overtime reports for accurate processing.
• Manage employee separation cases, conduct exit interviews, and prepare related reports.
• Address employee grievances and act as a contact point for disciplinary matters.
• Support employee promotions, performance management, grievance handling, and full‑and‑final settlements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on HR management experience in large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Omani labour law.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Competencies include commitment, time management, communication, teamwork, adaptability, results orientation, customer orientation, and negotiation.
