HVAC Engineer – Design, Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team and lead the design, installation, maintenance, and optimisation of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems for commercial and residential projects. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in line with current regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, specify, and review HVAC systems for new and existing buildings.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and size systems appropriately.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement repair solutions, and conduct routine inspections.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and energy‑efficiency requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical support to site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC design, installation, or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat‑transfer principles.
• Familiarity with current building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
