Information Technology Lead

About the role

The IT Lead serves as the focal point for the Information Technology function, ensuring effective delivery, operation, security, and continuous improvement of all IT services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations, including Help Desk, network, server, and end‑user device management.
• Oversee IT procurement, asset lifecycle, vendor relationships, and contract administration.
• Develop, test and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
• Implement and enforce information security policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage incident response.
• Monitor and manage vulnerability assessments, patching, endpoint protection, and access controls.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of progressive IT experience with 3‑5 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA administration and enterprise application support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; professional certifications preferred.
