About the role
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Muscat. The role focuses on maintaining the IT asset inventory, supporting office organization, and ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the IT asset tracking system.
- Coordinate office organization and asset inventory activities.
- Support the full lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for asset management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve asset‑related issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office organization management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with asset tracking systems.
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
- CompTIA A+ certification (desirable).
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
