IT Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives in Muscat. The role involves overseeing multiple strategic programs, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from inception to business‑as‑usual operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide IT programs and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Define and manage program roadmaps, governance structures, budgets, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage dependencies, and oversee vendor contracts and third‑party integrations.
• Drive executive stakeholder communication, PMO governance, and regular reporting.
• Lead Agile transformation and organizational change management efforts.
• Monitor program risks, handle escalations, and ensure smooth transition to operational stability.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of IT delivery experience.
• 5+ years as an IT Program Manager leading enterprise‑scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar programs, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
• Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification; PgMP, MSP, SAFe Agilist or SAFe RTE preferred.
