Junior Structural Designer

About the role

ORIX OMAN is seeking a Junior Structural Designer to join its Muscat office. The role involves supporting the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures for a variety of projects, working closely with architectural and MEP teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural models and perform analyses using industry‑standard software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations and technical documentation.
• Coordinate design information with architects, MEP engineers and project managers.
• Assist in reviewing and checking design outputs for compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Support the preparation of material specifications and construction details.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in structural design.
• Strong understanding of concrete and steel design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
