Kids Club Attendant – Omani Only

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will be the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zones, fitness centre and the children’s activity centre. This role is dedicated to creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for families, while promoting the resort’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information about all recreation facilities and assist guests in selecting activities.
• Encourage, register and schedule guests for pool, beach, fitness and children’s programmes.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for rentals, activities and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions and group events held in recreation areas.
• Monitor facilities, maintain cleanliness and report any hazards or incidents.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure a high level of guest service.

Required profile

• Omani national (as stated in the title).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Willingness to complete safety training and certifications.

Required skills

• Operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Basic first‑aid awareness for assisting injured guests.
