Logistics Lead – Supply Chain (Muscat)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Muscat. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end logistics planning and execution, ensuring that dairy products move efficiently from suppliers to the main distribution centre and onward to depots across Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate first‑mile and second‑mile transportation activities to achieve on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) performance.
• Manage inventory at the main distribution centre and depot network, maintaining stock availability and accuracy.
• Work closely with 3PL partners to monitor service performance, vehicle utilisation and logistics KPIs.
• Handle promotional logistics, customs clearance, re‑export operations and logistics claims.
• Use SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel to track performance, generate reports and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply‑chain operations, preferably in FMCG, dairy or food & beverage.
• Proven ability to manage transportation activities, inventory replenishment and collaboration with third‑party logistics providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
