About the role
Join the global Marriott family as a Loss Prevention Officer at our Muscat property. You will help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff, using your protective nature and keen eye for detail to protect assets and ensure security.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor security camera feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Respond to accidents and support guests and employees during emergencies.
- Defuse guest disturbances and escort individuals from the property when necessary.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.
- Complete required shift reports while maintaining confidentiality of all loss‑prevention documents.
