Manager Acquisition (Mobile App Adoption)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, ROI‑driven Manager Acquisition to lead digital growth and performance marketing for a high‑growth FinTech mobile app in Oman. You will own the end‑to‑end customer acquisition funnel, drive revenue growth, and optimise the marketing mix.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy and annual business plan with full revenue accountability.
• Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, programmatic, affiliate, and CRM initiatives to generate high‑volume growth.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology players.
• Analyse performance data to optimise CAC, conversion rates and overall marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments or banking is highly preferred.
• Data‑obsessed leader with a proven track record of scaling large budgets in competitive environments.
