Manager Internal Communication

About the role

The Manager Internal Communication will lead the design and execution of internal communication programmes that strengthen workplace culture, boost employee engagement and support productivity across Omantel. Reporting to the General Manager People Experience, the role works within the People Division to ensure clear, consistent messaging around policies, change initiatives and crisis situations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and execute day‑to‑day internal communication initiatives across multiple channels.
• Communicate People policies, procedures and programmes to employees and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to align culture and change‑management efforts with the broader business strategy.
• Lead crisis communications, ensuring timely and accurate information reaches staff during organisational changes or emergencies.
• Measure the impact of communication initiatives and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related field.
