Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management

About the role

The Manager – Portfolio & Asset Management will support Asyad Group’s portfolio management function, providing visibility into asset performance and driving value‑creation initiatives across portfolio companies and strategic investments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and capex against budget; prepare monthly/quarterly asset review packs and dashboards for management and board reporting.
• Review and challenge annual business plans, budgets and forecasts; validate assumptions and assess alignment with strategic objectives.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of revenue, margins, cost structure, working capital and capital efficiency; build and maintain asset‑level financial models.
• Identify and prioritize value‑creation opportunities in growth, cost optimisation, asset utilisation and cash improvement; support turnaround plans and track impact.
• Prepare shareholder materials, portfolio reviews and performance summaries; track board resolutions and governance matters.
• Assess capital structure, funding requirements and returns; support follow‑on investments, restructurings and divestment analyses.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with significant Financial Due Diligence experience.
• Proven ability to work closely with business units, finance teams and senior management to identify performance gaps and challenge assumptions.
• Commercial judgment to link operational drivers to financial performance.
