Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

SERB, Oman’s national UTM platform, is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Communications Executive to turn marketing plans into reality. This on‑site position focuses on delivering campaigns, managing social channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Manage all social media platforms, including publishing, community interaction, and performance analytics.
• Coordinate designers, content creators, vendors, and event coverage teams.
• Engage the community in both Arabic and English, reflecting the brand voice.
• Cover events before, during, and after they occur, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on marketing execution or social media management.
• Strong copywriting skills in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and able to juggle parallel campaigns calmly.
• Bonus: experience in startups, regulated industries, or familiarity with the drone/UAV ecosystem.
