Medical Representative – Pharmaceuticals (Oman)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio across Oman. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring full territory coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to targeted healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, detailing assigned product portfolios.
• Ensure full market and geographical coverage within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling techniques.
• Gather and report market insights and competitor activities.
• Implement local promotional and marketing activities in line with company best practices.
• Maintain daily call reports, territory logs, and use company CRM/reporting systems accurately.
• Adhere strictly to industry compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the Omani healthcare/pharmaceutical market.
• Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) Oman license.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and willingness to travel locally with a valid Omani driver’s license.
