Medical Sales Specialist

About the role

The Medical Sales Specialist will be based in Muscat and work full‑time on‑site, promoting a portfolio of medical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers, helping them choose reliable, cost‑effective products that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at healthcare institutions.
• Identify customer needs, provide technical support and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
• Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Visit hospitals and clinics regularly, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and after‑sales service.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems.

Required profile

• Strong medical and hospital sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.
• Comfortable working in hospitals and clinical settings with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Muscat and surrounding areas.
• Prior experience in the medical devices sector in Oman or the GCC is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools for customer data management and reporting.
