MEP HVAC Installation & Pre‑Commissioning Supervisor

About the role

HR Dynamics is seeking an experienced MEP HVAC Supervisor to lead installation and pre‑commissioning activities for a major project in Muscat, Oman. You will oversee site construction, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manpower, materials, and site progress for HVAC works.
• Supervise installation, testing, and pre‑commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on large‑scale MEP projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HVAC execution and site construction experience.
• Experience on large‑scale projects such as hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings.
• Proven ability to manage teams and liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Installation, testing and pre‑commissioning of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ventilation systems and chilled water piping.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and BMS interfaces.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design and operation.
