About the role
The AFS NextGen Internship offers emerging talent a chance to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic financial services and payments environment. Interns will work alongside seasoned professionals, contributing to real business initiatives while applying academic knowledge in a professional setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on real projects and business initiatives within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with experienced AFS staff to develop practical skills.
- Gain exposure to the payments industry and strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required profile
- Omani national or resident.
- University student, fresh graduate, or early‑career professional.
- Passionate about learning, proactive, and curious.
- Strong communicator, team player, and adaptable to new challenges.
