Operator – Service Delivery

About the role

The Operator ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. Working closely with field and maintenance crews, the role focuses on equipment preparation, operation, and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable PSD services to customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist crews in equipment preparation.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any problems or deviations.
• Promote individual and crew safety at all times.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down periods.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to HSE policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety training.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a crew and follow procedural guidelines.
• Good communication skills for meetings and reporting.
• Willingness to maintain and update safety certifications.
