Perfume & Oud Wood Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Perfume & Oud Wood Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Oman. The role focuses on promoting premium perfume and oud wood products, delivering personalized recommendations, and driving sales growth in a luxury fragrance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for perfume and oud wood collections.
• Provide tailored product advice and create an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales area is well‑organized.
• Stay updated on oud grades, origins, and aroma profiles to guide customers effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in oud wood sales (mandatory).
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication abilities.
• Currently residing in Oman and eligible for sponsorship transfer.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of oud grades, origins, and scent characteristics.
• Proven persuasion and upselling techniques.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
