PRO cum HR Executive – Footwear Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic PRO cum HR Executive to join our team in Salalah, Oman. The role combines government relations (PRO) duties with core HR functions, supporting a footwear manufacturing and recycling operation.

Key responsibilities

• Process employment visas, labor clearances, residence permits and renewals.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality and other authorities.
• Handle company license renewals, permits, registrations and legal documentation.
• Maintain records of employee visas, labor cards and statutory documents, ensuring timely renewals.
• Stay updated on Omani labour and immigration regulations.
• Manage recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, monitor attendance and leave.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years experience as a PRO, HR Executive or similar role in Oman.
• Prior experience in footwear manufacturing or recycling industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Omani labour laws, visa processing and government procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
